About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Nurse Manager to lead our progressive and growing 12-bed ICU. This campus is recognized for excellence with Magnet Designation, Baldrige Award, Straight A Leapfrog Patient Safety rating, and 4-Star CMS scores for Patient Satisfaction.

The Nurse Manager will provide leadership and oversight for clinical, financial, and human resources, ensuring a safe, high-quality environment for patients and staff. This role is pivotal in fostering staff development, retention, and collaboration across disciplines while upholding the highest standards of nursing practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ICU operations, staff, and resources to achieve clinical and business outcomes.
• Serve as chief retention and safety officer, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Promote staff engagement through shared governance and relationship-based care.
• Drive professional development, evidence-based practice, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, staff, patients, and other departments to support service excellence.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; Master’s in Nursing preferred.
• Licensure/Certification:
  • Current RN license in Georgia or eNLC privilege.
  • Current BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of progressive nursing management experience required.
