Meadows of Napa Valley is a Continuing Care Retirement Community situated on a spacious 20-acre campus, featuring 243 independent living apartments, a 69-bed Skilled Nursing Facility and Rehabilitation Center, a 40-apartment Assisted Living Facility, and a 20-apartment Memory Support Center. We are looking for dedicated and talented RNs to join our collaborative team of caregivers, nursing leaders, and administrative staff in our Skilled Nursing Facility. What You’ll Be Doing

You will provide person-centered, individualized, and clinically competent care with support from the management team to all residents, temporary and permanent, assuring that services are appropriate to meet residents’ needs in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.

About You

• Active California RN license.
• Experience as a Nurse in a SNF/Sub-Acute Rehab setting preferred but not required.
• Current and valid CPR Certification
  
  

Schedule Options

• Full-time role with availability for all shifts (AM, PM, NOC). Schedule includes variable days.
  
  

Wages

• $42.00 - $49.42 per hour, DOE
