Required Certifications & Skills

Skills: Pediatric MedSurg, Pediatric oncology, Insulin administration, Breastfeeding Support/Handling of Breast Milk, Feedings (bottle, breast, gavage), Administration of blood & blood products, Care and management of ports, Central line blood draw, Central Line/Implanted Line Care, Peripheral Line Care/Management, Phlebotomy, Starting and maintaining IVs, TPN/Lipids, Anti-Seizure Medications, Pediatric Dosage Calculations, Seizure disorders, Administration of chemotherapy, Fractures, Oxygen Delivery Systems, Insertion and management of indwelling urinary catheter, Renal failure, Infection Prevention, Isolation Precautions, Wound assessment/care
Certifications: BLS, PALS
Licensure: NJ License or Compact License.
