Required Certifications & Skills

Skills: NICU III, Neonates 29-34 weeks, Neonates > 34 weeks, Telemetry - on the unit monitoring, Blood glucose monitoring, Hyperbilirubinemia, Insulin administration, Phototherapy, Breastfeeding Support/Handling of Breast Milk, Colostomy/Ileostomy care, Feedings (bottle, breast, gavage), Placement/Management of oral/nasogastric/nasojejunal tubes, Isolation Precautions, Sepsis Work Up, Administration of blood & blood products, Starting and maintaining IVs, Neonatal Dosage Calculations, Antibiotics/Antivirals, Anti-Seizure Medications, Steroids, Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome, Developmental Care, Patient/family teaching, Phlebotomy, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Oxygen Delivery Systems, Respiratory distress syndrome
Certifications: BLS, NRP, PALS
Licensure: NJ License or Compact License.
