Position Description
Registered Nurse Coordinator (Transplant)
Provides and coordinates nursing care for research participants, ensuring adherence to study protocols and regulatory guidelines
Collecting and documenting research data per protocol
Communicating with PIs, Sub-Is, and research staff
Delivering safe, respectful patient care
Maintaining clinical skills (assessment, phlebotomy, IV insertion)
Following Universal Precautions and HIPAA regulations
Preparing and maintaining clinical spaces per SOPs
Participating in training to maintain licensure
Facilitating informed consent and patient advocacy
Managing multiple clinical trials and ensuring accurate documentation
Handling study medications and records securely
Reporting protocol deviations and patient safety concerns
Coordinating support staff to ensure protocol compliance
Qualifications
Must have experience working in as an RN
Ideally would have experience coming from: Critical Care, Advanced Heart Failure
Associate degree in Nursing
Active Florida RN license and BLS certification
Proficient in clinical tasks and investigational drug administration
Adaptable to various clinical setting
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Orlando, FL.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $98000.00/yr.
