WSi Healthcare is building a pool of skilled and dependable Registered Nurses to support medical services within county jail settings throughout Arizona. These are pipeline roles as we prepare for upcoming correctional healthcare needs, offering meaningful work, steady scheduling, and strong clinical experience.

What You’ll Do

• Perform nursing assessments and implement appropriate interventions
• Provide triage, sick call, medication administration, and chronic care support
• Respond to urgent or emergent medical situations
• Assist with intake evaluations and ongoing patient monitoring
• Document all care accurately in the electronic health record
• Communicate effectively with custody staff and fellow medical team members
• Provide education and support to patients as needed
  
  

Float Requirements

• RNs must be willing to float between jail clinic locations
• Must follow required process: clock out → travel → clock in at the next site
• Up to 15 minutes of float travel time is paid
• Mileage or commute reimbursement is not included per county policy

• Pay is DOE with increased rates for evenings, nights, and weekends
