RN Case Manager

StartDate: 2/23/2026 Pay Rate: $1800.00 - $2700.00

POSITION SUMMARY – RN Case Manager

POSITION DUTIES – Care Coordination, Utilization review, and discharge planning in an acute hospital ED setting

Minimum Required Qualifications –

• NY RN license
• ASN or ADN from an accredited Nursing Program
• BLS
• PRI and Screen certification
• 5 years minimum of clinical experience as an RN
• Experience with Care Coordination, Utilization review and discharge planning
• Computer literacy
  
  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS – Leadership experience; Bachelors or Masters in Nursing

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – About 14 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – 10:00 AM-6:00 PM

SYSTEMS – Epic
