This position focuses on delivering direct nursing care to two students, one of whom uses a wheelchair, requiring attentive and personalized health management. Experience with gastrostomy tubes (G-tubes) and ventilator support is highly preferred, equipping the nurse to effectively support students with specific medical needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care to two high school students, including one wheelchair user
• Monitor and manage G-tube feeding and care procedures when applicable
• Provide care related to ventilator support as needed
• Collaborate with school staff and families to ensure comprehensive health management
• Maintain accurate health records and communicate health status updates appropriately
