- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000

Responsibilities
- Coordinate holistic care journeys by acting as the central hub for all clinical disciplines, ensuring every pediatric patient receives seamless, well-timed interventions.
- Execute life-saving physician orders with precision and speed, translating medical plans into immediate action to stabilize and treat young patients in critical moments.
- Monitor and advocate for patient health by vigilantly tracking conditions and communicating vital changes to the team, ensuring no shift in a child’s status goes unnoticed.
- Orchestrate safe transitions of care by assessing and managing discharge needs early, ensuring families feel confident and supported as they move from the ED to home or inpatient units.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job
transfer date required
One Or More Of The Following Required
- Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of
hire.
Additional Preferences
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License: Must hold a current, unrestricted license in the state of practice.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS): Immediate certification is required to ensure the highest standard of emergency care for our infant and adolescent populations.
