Responsibilities

• Drive efficient patient flow by leading the clinical intake process, ensuring patients are prepared and assessed promptly for their provider consultations.
• Coordinate seamless clinical treatments by performing essential tests and administering medications within a fast-paced ambulatory environment to maintain the clinic’s high standard of care.
• Bridge the gap in patient understanding by translating complex treatment plans into actionable self-care instructions, ensuring families leave the clinic with total clarity on their next steps.
• Support diagnostic excellence by accurately collecting data and performing laboratory services that empower the medical team to make informed, timely decisions.
  
  

Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.Valid state license required specific to the state in which the associate works required.
  
  

Education

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
  

Additional Preferences

LPN With 3-5 Years Experience, Pediatrics Experience Preferred
