How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Deliver high-level, specialized nursing care by applying cutting-edge protocols and your expertise in WOCN or WCC practices to drive superior patient outcomes.
• Design, implement, and adapt dynamic patient care plans, maintaining a vigilant eye on progress and serving as the vital link in real-time clinical communication.
• Take the lead in executing physician orders with precision while utilizing your clinical judgment to assess and intervene as the patient’s condition evolves.
• Mastermind the discharge process by collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure patients are empowered and fully prepared for the next stage of their healing journey.
  
  

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
  
  

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
