RN Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care and clinical oversight in accordance with facility policies

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and efficiently

• Conduct assessments, monitor resident conditions, and adjust care plans as needed

• Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and care staff during shifts

• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and facility leadership

• Accurately document care, observations, and incidents

• Adhere to infection control and safety procedures at all times

• Participate in care conferences, staff meetings, and shift handoffs

• Foster a compassionate, respectful, and resident-centered care environment

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina

• Minimum of 1 year RN experience in a long-term care, assisted living, or SNF setting

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist residents with mobility

• Strong clinical decision-making and leadership abilities

• Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus

• CPR certification preferred
