*** REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Administration of allergen immunotherapy, allergy testing, mixing and dilution of allergen extracts, preparation of immunotherapy, (SCIT / SLIT) vials ***
We are seeking an Allergy RN or LPN to join our group. The practice is a group of Board Certified ENTs who offer comprehensive, specialized care in the field of ear, nose and throat disorders in all age groups, ranging from infants to senior citizens. They offer state of the art diagnostic and treatment procedures in a wide range of services including sinus, allergy, hearing, balance, voice, swallowing, pediatric, thyroid and parathyroid disorders, as well as cancers of the head and neck. They also provide the full range of Facial Plastics, from aesthetic and reconstructive surgery to non-surgical treatments such as injectables and laser treatments.

Position Details
- 32 to 40 hours a week
- Responsible for administration of allergen immunotherapy, allergy testing, mixing and dilution of allergen extracts, preparation of immunotherapy, (SCIT / SLIT) vials.
- Accountable for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluation of care for patients
- $38 to $40 Hourly
- PTO, Personal Days,

- Administration of allergen immunotherapy, allergy testing, mixing and dilution of allergen extracts, preparation of immunotherapy, (SCIT / SLIT) vials - REQUIRED
- Current and unrestricted nursing license in the state of Massachusetts
- BLS / CPR certification
