RN Case Manager

StartDate: 3/23/2026 Pay Rate: $1800.00 - $2700.00

POSITION SUMMARY – RN Case Manager

POSITION DUTIES – Care coordination and discharge planning in an acute hospital setting

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – TX/compact RN license; BLS; 1+ years case management experience in an acute hospital setting; Acute hospital experience in specialty during the past year with no more than a 90-day break; Prior travel experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS – HCA case management experience; Midas, Interqual, Meditech experience

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – M-F 8:00A-5:00P. Occasional weekends as needs arise.

SYSTEMS – Midas, Meditech, Interqual, Care Port

START DATE – ASAP
