Job Summary And Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. In this role, you will provide the best possible care to each patient based upon their individual needs. We are looking for a team member who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do. • You will communicate with physicians about changes in patients’ clinical condition
• You will respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment
• You will act in a composed and professional manner, especially under pressure
• You will perform general nursing duties in all Maternal Child Health departments with adequate supervision
• You will maintain accurate and up-to-date patient charts
• You will participate in performance improvement activities
• You will act as the patient’s advocate, as circumstances require
  
  

Qualifications:

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Nevada
• Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing
• BSN preferred
• Current BLS, ACLS & NRP required
• At least 2-3 years of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience in a hospital setting required
