Full Time Nurse (RN)

Spring Gardens at Draper – Assisted Living & Memory Care

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | $36–$38 per hour

What You’ll Do (AKA How You’ll Make a Difference)

As our Community Nurse, you’ll lead and oversee the clinical heartbeat of our assisted living and memory care community.

You Will

  • Champion high-quality clinical care for our residents
  • Ensure our nursing services remain compliant with all state regulations
  • Partner closely with the Administrator and Care Leadership team
  • Conduct assessments for both current and prospective residents
  • Stay ahead of changing conditions and proactively respond to residents’ evolving needs
  • Create and oversee individualized care plans
  • Support and guide care staff with clinical leadership and training
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with families
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to resident and family concerns
  • Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory standards

Most importantly — you’ll ensure that every clinical interaction is guided by kindness.

Who You Are

You’re not just licensed — you’re passionate.

  • Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Experience working with seniors preferred (assisted living or memory care a plus)
  • Knowledge of clinical compliance and regulatory standards
  • Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
  • A positive, team-oriented mindset
  • An excellent communicator who families trust
  • Organized, proactive, and confident in leadership
  • Most importantly: you genuinely love seniors and believe they deserve extraordinary care
