The Delaware Chapter of NAHN has partnered with Wesley College school of Nursing and the TAu Beta chapter of Sigm Theta Tau to promote health and well being in Guatemala. The two chapters joined efforts to purchse reader and sun glasses to distribute among the people living in the hills of the Tabacal, as well as elementary school children in the Wisdom and Grace school. THe provision of these glasses will help meet one of the Worl Health Organization initiative in providing Universal Eye Health Blindess and Vision Impairment Prevention. This is an annual mission trip taken by Mrs. Runser and students from the Wesley College School of Nursing.Photos for this wonderful intiative are available on the website gallery.
