Our newly elected President Lisa Riggs revealed the up-coming theme for 2018-2019: "Our Voice Our Strength" Wednesday during the supersession. The theme articulates how we as nurses in the AACN community can influence our work environments and foster individual and team excellence. There is something each of us can do to effect change in our facilities. “Our Voice Our Strength”, empowers us to question as many rules as needed to change the status quo.
