Do you know someone who gives it thier all to SUNA? The Member of the Year Award was reimplemented this past year in 2018.

A Member of the Year Award will be awarded annually (up to 3). The Directors-at-Large will present the award at the SUNA uroLogicConference Business Meeting.

• Applicants must be active members in good standing of SUNA.
• Recipients will be chosen using a points system as defined in the application(65-260). In case of a tie, the respective Director-at-Large will select the winner(s).
• Recipients will receive a complimentary membership renewal for 1 year and a certificate for framing.
• The application must be received by the date specified on the form.
• The SUNA Board of Directors is ineligible to receive the Member of the Year Award
• Applications due on June 1, 2019 and are being accepted at this time.
