Multitasking is not good for the brain
Experts and research are showing smartphones and computers has shortened attention
spans, stunted memory, and undermined imagination. Rapid switching between emails,
while listening to a lecture or talking on the phone while driving is not a good juggle for
the brain. The rapidly switching suggest multitasking means shutting down one brain
circuit and activating another. New research studies note this can possibly lead to anxiety.
