New counties added to Staked Plains

At the last state council meegting held in Killeen on April 13, 2019. it was voted on and approved to redistrict 4 counties to the Staked Plains Chapter. Those counties are:
- Loving County
- Winkler County
- Ector County
- Midland County
All 4 counties were redistricted from the High Plains Chapter. Welcome to the SPENA chapter.
