Save the date! Saturday, November 9th from 8am-1pm Midwest HPNA will be hosting a self-care retreat at Arterra in Lawrence, Kansas. Activities will include yoga, meditation, art therapy, music therapy and a healthy lunch with networking. We have applied for a chapter grant to help offset the cost of this event. The cost to attend the event will be determined based on receipt of grant funds. There will be no CEs offered at this event as we want the focus to be on self-care!
