The District of Columbia School Nurse Association (DCSNA) is hosting the NASN Focus on the Framework Care Coordination Conference on March 14, 2020. This an interactive program geared towards helping school nurses to develop a deeper understanding of their role in chronic condition management, interdisciplinary team approaches, motivational interviewing, student health care plans, transitional planning and student self-empowerment.
