Please see the link below to the memo which highlights the Emergency Limited License for nurses who have been inactive/retired with less than 400 hours in the past 4 years.  

This license overrides the requirement of the Refresher Course (which takes 6-8 weeks to complete). It also allows the nurses to receive the 120 hours of supervised clinical practice (which they would receive if they completed the refresher course) while working during this time of imminent need.
