About the speaker

Dr. Marshall is a psychiatric nurse practitioner and a Fulbright Scholar Specialist in Mental Health. She has served on multiple national boards and been the president of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association’s New Jersey Chapter. Her three decades of nursing experience, research, and national certifications in psychiatric nursing, administration, addiction management, and psychotherapy have won her the respect of her colleagues in nursing, medicine, and psychology.
