VIRTUAL HOLISTIC NURSE-LED SELF-COMPASSION HEALING CIRCLES
Healing Circles help us to develop our own self-compassion practice that allows us to safely turn inward and acknowledge whatever pain and suffering we may be experiencing.
Offered every Monday at 1 PM CDT by Susan Rinkus Farrell MSN, APRN, GNP-BC, CHC, Healing Circles Global Facilitator & Trainer & Michelle Peck, MSN, MPH, APRN, AGPCNP-BC, Caritas Coach®️, HeartMath Certified Practitioner®️, Healing Circles Global Facilitator & Trainer.
