Hawaiʻi - American Nurses Association 

invites you to the first Annual Membership Assembly on 

September 12, 2020 from 10am - 1:30pm. 

This event will be held virtually via video conference.

Registration will open to all on August 12, 2020.

 

The purpose of this meeting is to celebrate Hawaiʻi - American Nurses Association's establishment:

• Welcome all participants
• Participate in two Continuing Education offerings
• Conduct Hawaiʻi-ANA business (Hawaiʻi-ANA members only)
• Adopt our Bylaws, including a Proviso to be introduced by the Board of Directors 
• Elect our Nominating Committee (5 members)

If you are interested in running for the Nominating Committee please review the qualifications and submit the Hawai'i-ANA Consent to Serve form. 

This posting is emailed to all members of Hawaiʻi-ANA on 07/28/2020 and serves as the 45-day notice requirement for business matters including the adoption of bylaws and elections to be conducted at the 09/12/2020 Hawaiʻi-ANA Membership Assembly.
