RECERT: Racial Equity Community Engagement Response Term. This is Ramsey County funded initiative in response to Covid-19 and its impact on the minority populations in Ramsey County.
This is to specifically ensure the county's diverse racial, ethnic and cultural communities are informed about coronavirus and county and community services and resources during the pandemic. This can be achieved by effective community engagement which is an integral part of Ramsey County's COVID-19 response.
