February 22, 2021- The Oncology Nursing Society recently published an article on distinguished and longstanding GNA Member Dr. Mary Gullatte, its first African American President, and her insight in honor of Black History Month.
“Many times, I thought about being the only African American in the room or at the table, but it never stopped me from seeking opportunities and growth experience in all areas of nursing: practice, academia, and research” expressed Dr. Gullatte.
