CIPC Call for Submissions: "Building the Next Generation of Palliative Nurse Researchers and Clinicians" May 6, 2021 Noon-2:00 pm EDT Description: Columbia University School of Nursing’s Center for Improving Palliative Care for Vulnerable Adults with Multiple Chronic Conditions (CIPC) is pleased to accept abstracts to be considered for presentation at the 2021 Virtual CIPC Conference “Building the Next Generation of Palliative Nurse Researchers and Clinicians” on May 6th, 2021.

Abstract submissions must have an emphasis on end-of-life or palliative care research in adults with multiple chronic conditions. There is no submission fee. Eligibility: We welcome submissions from U.S. and international individuals in two categories: 1. Current nursing students (bachelors, masters, PhD or DNP) 2. Early career nurse scientists (e.g., postdoctoral fellows, or assistant professors) within 5 years of completing PhD Awards: • Two awards will be presented in each category o First place ($500 award) and Second place ($250 award) • Award recipients will be notified by April 2, 2021 and must be available to present their poster at the May 6th conference.
