Information from Dr. Mary O'Connor from PONL, and the news is not good. The legislation went to vote yesterday:

SB115 Nurse Licensure Compact was voted down by the full House today (93 -108)

Kosierowski, who authored HB 966 and added Nurse Staff Reports, voted Yes for SB115. And Rep. Mehaffie and K.C. Tomlinson, who sponsored HB 106 the Pt. Safety Act, both voted Yes for SB115. The vote was 93-108.

If any of you reached out to your legistlator, and he/she submitted a "No" vote, Dr. O'Connor would like to know.  There is further discussion and meeting being planned in July.
