We have an opportunity for a highly motivated Nurse Practitioner to work collaboratively with a dedicated interdisciplinary team of professionals who are committed to caring patients and families living with serious illness. This is a full-time opportunity. This position reports to the Director of Palliative Care and will provide an advanced level of nursing practice serving as a clinical resource and consultant to the clinical staff in developing and implementing the plan of care through the application of the nursing process and in accordance with the philosophy, mission and standards established by the Agency.
