As we “ramp up” for the complexities of the new school year, we all experience stress! The threats to our well-being and that of our students continue at unprecedented levels. While we may have knowledge of how to deal with stress, having a refresher with practical help will benefit us all! 

OU Nursing is so excited to offer you a free Continuing Nursing Education program! It is titled Stress, Distress, or De-Stress? and is presented by Dr. Ruth Burkhart, Director of Nursing for Ottawa University.
