Governor Kemp appoints GNA Member Dr. Cynthia Rucker to the Board of Community Health

September 15, 2021- On August 26, 2021, Governor Brian P. Kemp appointed GNA Member Cynthia Rucker, DNP, RN-BC, NE-BC to the Board of Community Health. She will serve on this capacity for two years.
The Georgia Department of Community Health is governed by a nine-person board appointed by the Governor. The board meets regularly on the second Thursday of each month unless otherwise noted.
Dr. Rucker is a Clinical Nurse Manager at the Atlanta VA Healthcare System. She graduated from Clayton State University with a BSN and MSN in Nursing Leadership.
