NAPAN Research Committee members, Nicola Moreland, MHA BSHCM RN CPAN and Kristy Iwansky, MSN RN CPAN CAPA are excited to announce the publication of the manuscript they were involved in preparing over the last two years.  They had the opportunity to collaborate with nursing instructors from the Creighton University School of Nursing in the development and implementation of a SIM lab.  The SIM lab targeted an increased level of interest and awareness in the student nurses' awareness of PeriAnesthesia Nursing!  The article, entitled "Perioperative Nursing Simulation and its Influence on Student Nurse' Career Interest" has been published in the February 18th, 2021 issue of the International Journal of Nursing and Health Care Research (DOI10.29011/2688.9501101217).
