Discussion: The present membership structure as stated in the VISNA by laws amended October 2013 is by Districts. District 01 is St. Croix and District 02 is St. Thomas/St. John. None of the Districts are functional but when they were,  there was competition for Officers, Directors and programs with the State Board of Directors. The bylaws governing the State is available on this website to members only for review. Past Officers of both Districts are encouraged to be on the call and share their knowledge of the respective bylaws. With the current environment in the territorial healthcare system, the viability and visibility of the professional association are not optional. PLEASE JOIN THE CONVERSATION on SATURDAY, APRIL 2, 2022 at 10 am AST. ANA President Ernest Grant is expected to be on the call.
