A new, official position has been created at the OSDE to continue the work that the School Nurse Leaders and the School Nurse Cadre have been promoting these last few years with funding from a 723 Grant. 

This new position will promote communication between districts, share resources/training opportunities and promote consistency in the health care services available to Oklahoma school age children.   

Please consider applying or forwarding to a school nurse with a passion for this work.  This person does not have to "know it all".  There will be lots of support between the Health Department and the Nurse Cadre!
