The Department of Health has issued the attached "FAQs Regarding General Hospital Clinical Staffing Plan Supplemental Information Survey" to all hospitals to assist with completing the HERDS survey, due
Aug.10. Included in the FAQs document is a link to the recently produced WebEx describing the reporting process.
