The culture of health at work and its impact on family and community has been well known to those of us in the occupational health space. It is gratifying to see workplace health and safety, long dominated by OSHA, taken up by the United States Surgeon General. This will bring a vital dimension to the conversation regarding health and safety resources in which businesses need to invest.
