Once the Virginia Organization of Nurse Executive Leaders (VONEL), we are now Virginia Organization for Nurse Leaders (VONL). This change is to allow our membership to be more inclusive of all nursing leaders (or prospective nurse leaders). Our new logo can be seen below. We will be updating our website in the coming weeks.
