The Ohio Organization for Nursing Leadership (OONL) is an organization serving as the catalyst for innovative health care in Ohio and the nation through expert nursing leadership.

Each year, the OONL recognizes both nurse leaders who've held positions within its board, and aspiring nurse leaders who possess a desire to advance professionally. The primary focus is on their leadership abilities and their desire to promote nursing. 

The award winner in each category was announced at the OONL conference Nov. 8-10.
