Stress Reduction and Emotional Well-Being
Speakers: Austin Area AHNA Co-Leaders Lyn McCright and Teresa Walding

As nurses, grasping the interplay between thoughts and physiological responses becomes a valuable tool in promoting patient health. Understanding how thoughts work not only enriches our ability to provide holistic care but also empowers us with insights to alleviate stress, anxiety, and access our innate wisdom.
