Summary:

The profession of nursing is struggling to find its footing in today's healthcare dynamics.  Extreme working conditions due to the COVID pandemic, staffing shortages and Societal unrest have left the profession reeling and struggling to find an aligned path forward.  The Nursing code of ethics exists for times such as these and in this presentation, we will discuss the role the code can play in finding a path and our voice, together as a profession. 

Continuing Education:

Approved NWONL monthly CE/Learning sessions and their certificates are included as part of NWONL membership. ACNL members may also obtain CE certificates as part of the NWONL/ACNL Collaborative agreement. NWONL is a California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider #17495

  • Non-members may attend as guests only and are encouraged to join either organization to gain access to all member benefits, including CE.
