1. Chairs the Nominating Committee

2. Liaison to the Membership Committee

3. Performs the duties of the President when the President and President-Elect are unable to fulfill those responsibilities

Secretary

1. Provides accurate documentation of all leadership and membership meetings

2. Disseminates the minutes

3. Serves as Liaison to the Certification Committee
