Please review the bylaws changes recommended by the Board of Directors and be prepared to vote. The attached proposed changes are related to the Nominating Committee, its relation to the Board of Directors, and its membership. The changes were designed to promote a closer relationship with our Chapter's leadership and assistance as needed to complete a ballot of candidates.

Also please consider completing a willingness to serve form and joining in the management of our chapter-we truly are "better together". We value all of our chapter members' voices as it relates to maintaining this great chapter that is now over 70 years' strong!
