One more bylaws change recommendation to vote on this year. Voting will be held via the chat function during our virtual meeting March 18. 

This change would allow the Nominating Committee Chair to join the Board of Directors. This change was recommended to improve communication among all of our elected positions, and to offer better support to the Nominating Committee in their efforts to provide a ballot of candidates for office.  See the attached file. Proposed changes have been highlighted.
