A great big CONGRATULATIONS to the team members of the MICU, 4 North, at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center for achieving Beacon GOLD!

This unit recently achieved a Gold Level AACN Beacon award for Excellence. This is the highest Beacon designation AACN provides and it is only awarded to those units who demonstrate exceptional patient care and a healthy work environment. Examples of evaluation criteria met by this unit included excellence in:
