Applications Now Open for AVA Foundation Scholarships to Attend AVASM25!

The AVA Foundation is now accepting scholarship applications for the 2025 AVA Annual Scientific Meeting taking place September 19–21, 2025, in Kissimmee, Florida!

This is a fantastic opportunity for vascular access clinicians to attend AVA’s signature event, connect with leaders in the field, and gain powerful, hands-on educational experiences.

Application Deadline: April 30, 2025


What the Scholarship Includes

Recipients of the AVA Foundation Scholarship will receive:

  • One complimentary registration to AVASM25

  • Two nights hotel accommodation

  • $500 for travel expenses (awarded via check at the in-person event)

Please note: Attendance in person at AVASM25 is required for all scholarship recipients.


Application Requirements

Applicants must complete the online application and submit a current Resume/CV by April 30, 2025. Late submissions will not be considered.

You will be asked to complete the following three short statements (250 words or less each):

  1. Personal Statement – Who are you? Share your strengths, aspirations, and why you’re a strong candidate. Highlight your work in research, education, innovation, or clinical advancement.

  2. Volunteerism Statement – Describe your experience with volunteerism and the value it holds for you.

  3. Dissemination Statement – How will you share the knowledge gained at AVASM25 with colleagues and your healthcare community?
