The project aims to increase safety awareness regarding drowsy driving among night shift nurses and improve the overall well being. In alignment with these goals, the project is a recipient of the 2024 Health Equity and Nursing Innovations Fund helping to strengthen and diversify the nursing workforce particularly on the night shift. Night to Light Revive Before You Drive is a pre-post interventional study design with an implementation timeline of twelve months with a target completion date of July 1, 2025.
