Greetings!

AzLNE is searching for enthusiastic nurses who are interested in joining our DAISY nomination review team, “AzLNE for DAISY.” This workgroup will consist of members who will review electronically submitted nominations for the 2025-2026 DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nurse Educators and select honorees.

The team will engage in the following actions:

· Collect and review nominations

· Utilize rubric scoring to acknowledge honoree(s)

· Notify honoree(s), nominees, and nominators

AzLNE’s DAISY recognition program is now open, and nomination forms will be compiled and made available to the review team after December 21, 2025. A second cycle will open after that, for review in early Spring 2026. During the review process, the team will meet virtually, initially as a group to review the process, and then at the end to conclude the scoring and decisions.
